Diving in LakeThingvallavatn / Polar Lights

Silfra (engl. “Silver”) - Lake Þingvallavatn is Iceland’s largest natural lake. The fresh water spring Silfra is one of the top diving sites in Iceland located in the north of the lake where you can dive in the crystal clear waters. The visibility under water reaches up to more than a 50 metres.

Polar Lights - Northern Light activity (Aurora Borealis) is best seen in Iceland on clear nights during the autumn and winter months from September to April. The photos below are taken in Grímsnes district in South Iceland.
